Customizable Products Terms

I agree to the following usage terms of the Hermitage Art software for the purposes of creating customized programs:

The user may not create or upload any user generated content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, and/or contains software viruses, or any form of spam. 

The user may not use any user generated content such as trademark, trade names, logos, designs, and icons that infringe upon or violate any trademark or other intellectual property right of any other person, firm or corporation.

The user may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any user generated content.

The user represents and warrants that they have the right to execute, and purchase under these terms, and have been duly authorized by employer or corporation. 

Hermitage Art reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any user-generated content from our website for any reason or no reason.
